Seguridad de personas y bienes. En la construcción de las obras y en la ejecución de los trabajos de explotación, se deberán adoptar y mantener las medidas y disponer del personal y de los medios materiales necesarios para preservar la vida e integridad de las personas vinculadas a la empresa y eventualmente de terceros, de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobre seguridad, higiene y salud ocupacional.
