Art. 95. Si de las diligencias practicadas para la presentación de una cuenta, resultare á juicio de la Oficina en acuerdo general que no hay persona ni cosa responsable ó que ya es imposible obtenerla, se dará de ello cuenta al Gobierno para que resuelva lo conveniente.
