El artículo 11 del Decreto 1521 de 1994 quedará así: Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. tendrá por objetos Social el contemplado en los artículos 167 y 32 de las Leyes 142 y 143 de 1994, respectivamente. El Centro Nacional de Despacho será una dependencia de esta empresa. La reforma de estatutos de Interconexión Eléctrica S.A.-ISA- se solemnizará una vez se protocolice y registre la escritura de constitución de la nueva sociedad.
