La resolución que defina las entidades territoriales beneficiarias de las regalías y compensaciones por la explotación de yacimientos en espacios marítimos jurisdiccionales y las correspondientes participaciones, será expedida dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha en que el Ministerio cuente con toda la información necesaria para determinar la participación, a través de la Dirección de Hidrocarburos o de la Dirección de Minas, según corresponda por la naturaleza de la Zona de Explotación.
