ARTICULO 250 . Rechazo de las pruebas . No se admitirán las pruebas que no conduzcan a establecer la verdad sobre los hechos materia del proceso o las que hayan sido obtenidas en forma ilegal para determinar responsabilidad. El funcionario rechazará mediante providencia las legalmente prohibidas o ineficaces, las que versen sobre hechos notoriamente impertinentes y las manifiestamente superfluas. Cuando los sujetos procesales soliciten pruebas inconducentes o impertinentes serán sancionados disciplinariamente, o de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 258 de este Código.
