Control y seguimiento . El control y seguimiento de los programas y proyectos que se financien con recursos provenientes de la Cuota de Fomento Panelero y su inversión, según los términos del artículo 8° de la Ley 40 de 1990, lo ejercerá el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural a través de la Dirección de Cadenas Agrícolas y Forestales.
