° El artículo 15 del Decreto 741 de 1993 quedará así: “Tecnología en la Prestación del Servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular. “El Ministerio de Comunicaciones señalará en el pliego de condiciones la tecnología y las especificaciones técnicas correspondientes para efectos de la adjudicación de la licitación. “En todo caso el Ministerio de Comunicaciones adjudicará de tal manera que las redes de telefonía móvil celular en las tres áreas del servicio sean totalmente compatibles entre si”.
