º La tinta indeleble, o cualquiera otra solución química de este carácter, a que se refiere la Ley 14 de 1931. será suministrada por cada Municipio, a efecto de que la disposición tenga eficaz cumplimiento. Los Alcaldes quedan encargados de velar porque el respectivo Municipio sufrague los gastos necesarios para la oportuna provisión de dicha tinta, que para los efectos consiguientes se considerará como un gasto de escritorio.
