° Las cuotas que se asignen se pagaran siempre a prorrata por todos los propietarios, sea que se esté trabajando en la Laguna de Fúquene ó en los ríos, quebradas, canales, pantanos y lagunas formadas por ella, porque se consideran solidarias todas las obras de desagüe.
