º. Las personas mayores de dieciséis años que consumen el acceso carnal homosexual, incurrirán en arresto de uno a tres meses. Quien destine casa o establecimiento para cometer allí actos homosexuales o autorice a otros para hacerlo, incurrirá en arresto de uno a tres años y clausura definitiva de la casa o establecimiento.
