El Gobierno podrá crear los cargos y señalar los sueldos y demás gastos para las campañas sanitarias que se han de desarrollar como resultado del acuerdo celebrado entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Oficina de Coordinación de Asuntos Interamericanos, dentro de las partidas globales apropiadas en el Presupuesto Nacional para atender a la higiene y sanidad del país.
