En los establecimientos en donde por cualquier motivo se reúnan ordinariamente más de quince personas, así como en las esquinas de las calles públicas, en los tranvías y demás vehículos de uso público, se fijará una placa que contenga la siguiente leyenda: "Es prohibido escupir en el piso." Se podrá agregar cualquiera otra que tenga el mismo objeto.
