Empresa asociativa artesanal es aquella forma de organización en torno a la producción que divide el trabajo entre sus miembros de manera especializada y equitativa. Se caracteriza por la propiedad colectiva, sobre los medios de producción. Estará conformada por un número mínimo de diez (10) artesanos.
