Artículo tercero. Los Secretarios de los Juzgados del Circuito que en el momento de entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto tengan en su poder libros de registro de sociedades mercantiles, los pasarán originales a la Secretaria de la Cámara de Comercio respectiva para que allí se guarden y custodien bajo su garantía.
