La cuota establecida en la presente Ley se entregará a la Federación Nacional de Cacaoteros mensualmente por parte de los compradores de cacao o exportadores, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

Todo comprador de cacao, será responsable fiscalmente por la entrega del gravamen establecido en la presente Ley.
