Queda prohibido a la Nación, a los Departamentos y a los Municipios, celebrar contratos sobre denuncios de bienes ocultos que tengan por objeto recuperar bienes que estén en poder de las entidades de derecho público o de las empresas de carácter oficial.

Parágrafo

La disposición anterior no invalida los derechos que puedan tener las entidades nombradas para hacerlos valer por los medios administrativos o judiciales consagrados en la legislación vigente.
