ABANDONO DE COMANDOS ESPECIALES. Si cualquiera de las conductas de que tratan los artículos anteriores fueren realizadas por los comandantes de base, patrullas, contraguerrillas, tropas de asalto y demás unidades militares y policiales comprometidas en operaciones relacionadas con el mantenimiento del orden público, guerra o conflicto armado, la pena será de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años de prisión.
