Las sanciones de que trata el artículo anterior serán impuestas por el Ministro de Educación Nacional si se trata de artistas, o por el Director del Fondo de Seguridad Social del Artista Colombiano, si se trata de personas jurídicas o de empresarios, conforme al procedimiento previsto en los artículos siguientes.
