Articulo 7º Los organismos y entidades de la administración pública establecerán para los servidores públicos y sus familias programas de bienestar social, con el objeto de elevar su nivel de vida y de propender por su mejoramiento social y cultural de conformidad con el Decreto extraordinario 3129 de 1968. Los programas de bienestar social se diseñarán para beneficio general y a ellos deberán tener acceso todos los empleados.
