Con base en los lineamientos de dicha política, organizaciones como Corpoica, los centros especializados de investigación agropecuaria, silvicultural y pesquera, el ICA, el Sena, las Universidades y las demás entidades responsables de la generación y transferencia tecnológica programarán las actividades de investigación, adaptación y validación de tecnologías requeridas para adelantar los programas de modernización tecnológica en las zonas rurales.
