Incorpóranse al Plan Vial Nacional, a cargo del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, las siguientes carreteras en la Intendencia Nacional del Putumayo:

a)

Mocoa-Villagarzón-Puerto Limón-Santa Lucía-Puerto Guzmán.

b)

Villagarzón-Kofanía-San Fidel-Puerto Umbría.

c)

Santana-Orito-Siberia.
