ARTICULO SEGUNDO. El

Parágrafo 2

(2°) del artículo primero del Decreto 1699 de 1993, quedará así:

Para efecto de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, se entiende por inversiones de carácter obligatorio aquellas que de conformidad con los reglamentos de las bolsas de valores del país resulten necesarias para actuar en las mismas, excepto las destinadas a los fondos de garantía de las bolsas.
