ARTICULO 4.2.0.11.- CADUCIDAD. La facultad que tiene la Superintendencia de Valores para imponer sanciones caducará en tres (3) años, contados desde el momento en que se produjo el acto que pudo ocasionarlas hasta el momento en que se expida el acto administrativo correspondiente.
