Cuando el servicio no sea prestado por organismos pertenecientes al Sistema Nacional de Salud o de la Seguridad Social, la empresa debe responsabilizarse del mantenimiento actualizado de la historia clínica de cada trabajador, la cual estará a disposición de las autoridades de salud.
