º Vigencia de las Juntas de Calificación de Invalidez. Para los efectos de los artículos 41, 42, 43, siguientes y concordantes de la Ley 100 de 1993, y la aplicación del Decreto 1346 de 1994, las Juntas de Calificación de Invalidez entrarán en ejercicio de sus funciones el día 9 de enero de 1995.
