La suma del presupuesto de la Oficina principal y de los presupuestos de los terminales constituye el presupuesto general de la Empresa. Para efectos de su presentación ante las autoridades o personas a que hubiere lugar conforme a la ley, los presupuestos citados se podrán fusionar y formar con ellos uno solo, pero su ejecución se cumplirá siempre en forma separada, tal como lo ordena el presente estatuto.
