Art. 153. Además de las causas de acumulación de autos mencionadas en el artículo 712 del Código, lo son también las siguientes:

Cuando se sigan dos ó más ejecuciones en que se persigan unos mismos bienes, á menos que por la desistencia de uno ó más de los ejecutantes del derecho de ser cubiertos con el valor de tales bienes, no fuere necesaria la acumulación; y

Cuando á un tiempo se agitan un juicio ejecutivo y una tercería en otra ejecución, ó bien dos ó más tercerías en distintos juicios, para hacer efectivo un mismo derecho.
