Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en particular los Decretos 30 de 2002, 3626 de 2007, 3756 de 2007, 314 de 2007, 4089 de 2007, y las Resoluciones 1342 de 2004 y 2987 de 2007 expedidas por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
