Contribución de valorización. La contribución de valorización de que trata la Ley 25 de 1921 y el Decreto 1604 de 1966, es aplicable a todas las obras que ejecute la Corporación. Corresponderá a la Corporación establecer, decretar, distribuir, ejecutar, liquidar y recaudar la contribución de valorización conforme a las reglas legales, estatutarias y reglamentarias.
