Todo cargamento que entre a la Zona Francas podrá ser pesado a juicio de la Gerencia o por solicitud el consignatario, en cuyo caso se dejará la debida constancia, del peso registrado. En todos los casos de repeso, el valor de la operación será por cuenta del consignatario o dueño del cargamento.
