° Aclárase el Decreto 2352 del 18 de octubre de 1991, en el sentido de prorrogar igualmente la comisión de servicios en el exterior, conferida mediante Decreto 2213 del 26 de septiembre de 1991, el doctor Alberto Casas Santamaría, Ministro de comunicaciones, hasta el día 18 de octubre, pues en cumplimiento de ella debió desplazarse a la cuidad de Paris (Francia).
