Decreto 2048 de 2014 · por el cual se regula una línea de redescuento con tasa compensada de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (Findeter), para el Financiamiento de la infraestructura para el desarrollo sostenible de las regiones en los sectores energético, transporte, desarrollo urbano, construcción y vivienda, salud, educación, medio ambiente y desarrollo sostenible, Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC), y Deporte, Recreación y Cultura.
