A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, rebájase del ocho por ciento (8%) al cinco por ciento (5%) la cuota mensual con que contribuyen para el sostenimiento de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares y la de la Policía Nacional, los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes en goce de asignación de retiro y sus beneficiarios en goce de pensión.
