Se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes factores para el cumplimiento de sus funciones:

Número de despachos y procesos en los Juzgados de Instrucción Penal Militar, en la Fiscalía Penal Militar y en los Juzgados de conocimiento.

Registro de funcionarios de la Justicia Penal Militar capacitados en oralidad y previsión de demanda de capacitación.

Proyección sobre el número de salas de audiencia requeridas.

Requerimiento de Sistema de Defensoría Penal Militar y Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Justicia Penal Militar.

Nivel de congestión.
