Término de los permisos. En ningún caso se concederán permisos para operar rifas en forma ininterrumpida o permanente. Los permisos para la operación o ejecución de rifas menores se concederán por un término máximo de cuatro (4) meses, prorrogable por una sola vez durante el mismo año.
