Beneficios de Documentación . La Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración de Personas y Grupos Alzados en armas realizará los trámites para entregar al desmovilizado la libreta militar y la cédula de ciudadanía y el certificado de antecedentes judiciales, para lo cual las entidades pertinentes dispondrán lo necesario para asumir los costos que la expedición de tales documentos demande. (Decreto 128 de 2003, artículo 6°)
