Los enfermos que deban ser hospitalizados como supernumerarios en la Casa de Salud de Marly necesitarán precisamente orden expresa del Ministerio de Guerra, y los gastos que ocasionen serán cubiertos por separado de acuerdo con la cuenta que presente el Gerente de la mencionada Casa a la Sección 2º del Ministerio de Guerra.
