Recibido el memorial el Tribunal debe ordenar que se dé aviso de la solicitud en el Diario Oficial o en el periódico oficial del Departamento respectivo y traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público por tres días y quince días después de la fecha de la publicación de la solicitud decretara la inscripción pedida si no hubiere oposición de nadie. Si la hubiere, abrirá el negocio a prueba por nueve das, vencidos los cuales resolverá dentro de los tres siguientes si hace o no la inscripción.
