Si el testamento fue otorgado en lugar distinto de la residencia del Juez competente para conocer el juicio de sucesión, este comisiona al Juez del lugar en donde se otorgó para que lo abra y publique y para que tramite y falle el incidente de oposición, llegado el caso.
