Responsabilidad de los productores e importadores. Los productores e importadores: de productos sujetos a reglamento técnico serán responsables por el cumplimiento de la totalidad de los requisitos exigidos por los reglamentos técnicos o las condiciones técnicas, independientemente de que hayan sido certificadas, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad de los organismos de certificación que evaluaron dichos productos, de acuerdo con el tipo de certificación emitida.
