De. la adjudicación del contrato. Cuando el valor del contrato fuere igual o superior a dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00) la entidad contratante escogerá al administrador delegado mediante concurso de méritos. Si su valor fuere inferior a dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00) o el Consejo de Ministros así lo autorizare, el contratista podrá ser escogido directamente.
