El ICFES podrá en cualquier momento, de oficio o a solicitud justificada de parte, practicar visitas a las instituciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto, con el fin de verificar la adecuaría utilización de los recursos para los fines previstos en la ley y en los estatutos de la institución.
