ARTICULO 167 . INCAPACIDADES. Se reconocerán las incapacidades generadas por enfermedad general, enfermedad profesional, accidente de trabajo y maternidad, de conformidad con las disposiciones generales sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

La licencia por enfermedad no interrumpe el tiempo de servicio. Cuando la incapacidad excede de ciento ochenta (180) días, el empleo será retirado del servicio, y tendrá derecho a las prestaciones económicas que determina la ley. CAPITULO IV. PENSIONES
