El Estado garantizará el derecho de rectificación a toda persona o grupo de personas que se considere afectado por informaciones inexactas que se transmitan a través de los servicios de telecomunicaciones, sin perjuicio de las acciones civiles, penales y administrativas a que hubiere lugar.
