De la concesión de plazos especiales. El Ministerio de Salud y los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, según el caso, podrán conceder plazos para el cumplimiento de los requisitos a que se refieren los Capítulos X y XIII de este Decreto hasta por doce (12) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del mismo.
