El pago de esta cooperación se hará anualmente a quien lleve la representación legítima de la Comunidad Salesiana en Pitalito, quien rendirá cuentas de la inversión a la Auditoría mencionada en este artículo, y dará cumplimienío á las exigencias de la Ley 71 de 1946 para que pueda hacerse el pago.
