Artículo único . Declárense exentos del pago de los derechos de importación en las Aduanas de la República, por todo el tiempo que se juzgue necesario, los siguientes artículos alimenticios: bata-tas ó camotes, papas, cebollas, ajos, arroz, maíz, garbanzos, lentejas, fríjoles, azúcar, harina de trigo, manteca, mantequilla, y toda clase de legumbres, granos y hortalizas, siempre que tales artículos se introduzcan en su estado nativo y sin preparación alguna. El presente Decreto empezará á regir desde la fecha de su publicación.
