º . Intervención de los organismos de control. Cuando una entidad obligada por la Ley 448 de 1998 y este decreto a hacer aportes al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales no los realice en el monto y oportunidad dispuestos en el plan de aportes, Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. deberá informarlo así a los organismos de control respectivos para lo de su competencia.
