Infracciones . Para los efectos del presente Decreto, constituye infracción toda contravención o intento de contravención a las normas del presente Decreto, a las leyes, decretos, reglamentos y demás normas o disposiciones vigentes en materia marítima, ya sea por acción u omisión.
