ARTICULO 2 º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1994, la remuneración mensual del Vicefiscal General de la Nación será tres millones novecientos veinte mil cuatrocientos pesos ($3.920.400.00) moneda corriente, discriminados así: asignación básica setecientos ochenta y cuatro mil ochenta pesos ($784.080.00) moneda corriente, gastos de representación un millón trescientos noventa y tres mil novecientos veinte pesos ($1.393.920.00) moneda corriente, prima de alta dirección seiscientos cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos pesos ($653.400.00) moneda corriente, y prima técnica un millón ochenta y nueve mil pesos ($1.089.000.00) moneda corriente. Las primas técnica y especial de alta dirección, no tendrán carácter salarial.
